To support our growth and strengthen our expertise, we are looking for a Development and Marketing Coordinator. A key member of the team and reporting to the President and Senior Partner, this person will actively contribute to Habo’s business development and marketing efforts.
More specifically, this person will be responsible for:
― preparing client proposals and budget estimates that reflect and align Habo’s unique approach;
― taking part in business development calls by capturing key information, coordinating follow-ups, and organizing next steps;
― supporting the drafting and coordination of responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) in close collaboration with the leadership team;
― identifying business development opportunities aligned with Habo’s strategic priorities and keeping internal tools up to date;
― serving as the primary point of contact for all external inquiries, including managing shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses;
― contributing to the ongoing improvement and maintenance of development and communication tools (corporate presentations, service offerings, case studies, image libraries, templates, etc.);
― providing logistical and operational support to project teams as needed, including interview scheduling and focus group organization;
― providing occasional or recurring support to the team in the context of client mandates (business travel logistics, coordination of interviews and focus groups, etc.);
― actively participating in team meetings and fostering collaboration across disciplines;
― documenting internal learning, initiatives, and best practices related to business development and marketing;
― acting as an ambassador for the team by showcasing its work and achievements both internally and externally.
We are seeking a future team member with:
― a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications (an asset);
― 3 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field;
― proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
― excellent writing and communication skills in both French and English;
― a strong sense of initiative and autonomy;
― a genuine commitment to Habo’s growth and visibility.
