Senior Advisor, Strategy

In order to accelerate our growth and better support our clients, we are looking for a Senior Advisor, Strategy. 

As an integral part of the Strategy team, this person will be responsible for:

― conducting strategic mandates for Studio clients (strategic planning, market potential evaluation, strategic positioning, marketing plan, business plan design and optimization, etc.) by defining the methodology of the project, participating in data research and conducting analyses to provide relevant strategic recommendations to the client;
― developing and facilitating strategic sessions with the client;
― playing a key role in drafting, developing, and presenting client documents;
― participating in service offering preparation to meet clients’ business objectives;
― developing long-term business relationships with clients, leveraging your expertise and the strength of the team executing the project.

We are seeking a future team member with:

― strong strategic thinking and planning skills to effectively organize the steps of a mandate to meet client needs;
― good problem-solving ability and quick analysis of various aspects of a situation to identify issues and solutions;
― excellent listening skills to fully understand client needs;
― a great sense of initiative and autonomy.

The ideal candidate:

― holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, administration, or a related field;
― has a graduate degree in a related field (major asset);
― has more than 7 years of relevant work experience (experience in consulting would be a strong asset);
― has a good understanding of business strategy and concepts;
― is proficient in the Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
― has good client presentation skills;
― excellent writing and communication skills, in both French and English.
