Senior Analyst, Marketing Research

To further our growth and enhance our expertise, we are looking for a Senior Analyst in Marketing Research. As an integral part of the Marketing Intelligence team and reporting to the Director and Senior Partner, this person will notably contribute to projects involving the validation of the potential of new experiences as well as the optimization of various concepts and studies on consumer behaviours. These projects will cover a variety of areas, including immersive experiences, Broadway shows, amusement parks, and sports teams.

More specifically, the Senior Analyst in Marketing Research will be responsible for:

― leading quantitative marketing research projects – developing methodology and questionnaires, managing data collection, analyzing results, and ensuring project management;
― participating in qualitative marketing research projects (individual interviews, focus groups, ethnography) – developing methodology and discussion guides, facilitating focus groups, formalizing insights, and ensuring project management;
― collaborating with team members and mentoring analysts and interns;
― presenting sections of projects during client presentations;
― contributing to the preparation of service proposals to meet clients’ business objectives;
― developing long-term business relationships with clients, leveraging your expertise and the strength of the team working on the project.

 

We are seeking a future team member with:

― a bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field;
― a graduate degree in marketing, statistics, psychology, or any other related field (a major asset);
― over 5 years of professional experience in marketing analysis or marketing research;
― proficiency in statistical analysis techniques (regression, behavioural segmentation, factor analysis, conjoint analysis, etc.);
― proficiency in analytical tools, particularly SPSS or Q, and survey platforms (ideally Qualtrics or another survey platform);
― excellent writing and communication skills, both in French and English;
― curiosity, ease in working within a team, and strong interpersonal skills;
― analytical thinking, rigour, and great attention to detail.
