Social Media and Content Specialist

To further our growth and enhance our expertise, we are looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist. As an integral part of the Marketing Strategy team and reporting to the Senior Marketing Strategist, this person will :
― participate in the development of content strategies that support client projects;
― be responsible for the social media calendar and ensure content production and editorial rigour;
― create, write, and distribute engaging content on social media;
― maintain online communities engaged by responding to users on clients’ various social media platforms;
― establish partnerships with influencers and ambassadors on social media;
― measure and analyze initiatives, build performance reports, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase and drive engagement;
― manage email marketing and website initiatives, including copywriting and content creation;
― monitor the brand’s online presence, keep up with the latest industry trends, and best practices in digital content, including competitive intelligence;
― perform SEO optimization and updates to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings.
We are seeking a future team member with :
― a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or any other relevant field;
― 3 years of relevant work experience;
― excellent writing and communication skills in English (understanding French is a strong asset);
― proficiency with social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.);
― expertise in content creation tools (e.g., Canva);
― a good understanding of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp);
― strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle a wide range of initiatives;
― good interpersonal skills and commitment to achieving our clients’ goals and promoting their brands and projects.
