Senior Marketing Strategist

In order to accelerate our growth and better support our clients, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist. As a key member of the Marketing Strategy team and of all mandates, this person will be responsible for:

― participating in the development of marketing positioning strategies for various sectors of activity, for businesses of all sizes and in diverse geographic markets;
― developing 360-degree marketing plans resulting from the developed strategy;
― ensuring the deployment and monitoring of campaigns by coordinating the involvement of various external partners in projects;
― identifying key metrics and tracking them to ensure campaign deployment, adherence to timelines and budgets;
― monitoring campaign performance and making recommendations to optimize results;
― advising clients on best marketing practices by providing coaching and support;
― playing a key role in writing, developing and presenting client documents;
― ensuring competitive intelligence and monitoring of best 360-degree marketing practices;
― participating in strategic thinking on studio mandates in collaboration with team members involved in projects;
― developing long-term business relationships with clients, leveraging expertise and the strength of the team completing the mandate.

We are looking for someone who:

― is results-oriented, rigorous and detail-oriented;
― is a team player with good interpersonal skills;
― is curious with a great sense of initiative and autonomy.

The ideal candidate:

― holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing or any other related field;
― holds a second-cycle degree in marketing or any other related field (an asset);
― has more than 4 years of professional experience (experience in an agency or consulting services would be a strong asset);
― is proficient in the Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
― has excellent writing and communication skills, in both French and English.
