Project Coordinator

To further our growth and enhance our expertise, we are seeking a Project Coordinator. As an integral part of our operations and reporting to the Manager, Administration and Operations, this individual will be responsible for:

― participating in proposal writing for new projects and playing a role in updating marketing tools to monitor business development initiatives;
― preparing service agreements for clients and suppliers, reviewing the agreements, and ensuring their compliance;
― participating in project briefings and timeline updates to support project teams with their coordination needs;
― reviewing documents and following up with external service providers for translation and proofreading requests;
― coordinating interviews and discussion groups by soliciting participants and following up with respondents;
― ensuring project billing with accounting;
― assisting the team in day-to-day office operations and other related tasks.

 

We are seeking a future team member with:

― at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position;
― excellent proficiency in the Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.);
― strong writing and communication skills in both French and English;
― good time and priority management, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
