Intern Analyst, Business Strategy [Winter 2024]

We are looking for an Intern Analyst, Business Strategy to join our team this winter for a 4-month mandate (January-April). As an integral part of the team and of all mandates, this person will be responsible for :

― participating in the conduct of market research (secondary research) on industry trends and competition, including market potential assessment, product validation, strategic positioning, competitive analysis, etc;
― participating in the analysis of data to establish hypotheses and develop recommendations for the client;
― sharing industry and demographic insights with the Habo team;
― participating in the planning and coordination of working sessions with the client;
― playing a key role in writing client documents – participating in data collection, analyzing results, verifying data accuracy and writing client reports;
― working closely with the entire Habo team in the execution of mandates;
― participating in the strategic thinking of the studio’s mandates.

We are looking for someone who:

― is passionate about about data, numbers and competitive trends – both in research and analysis and when formulating subsequent recommendations;
― is curious, versatile and agile, with a strong interest in strategy.

The ideal candidate:

― knows the O365 suite (especially Excel and Powerpoint);
― has good writing and communication skills, in both French and English;
― has analytical skills, is rigorous and pays attention to detail;
― is in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in business administration, finance or any other related field.
