Director, Market and Consumer Intelligence

To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Director, Market and Consumer Intelligence. As an integral part of the team and of all mandates, this person will be responsible for:
― managing the Studio’s marketing research projects – determine research methodology, design surveys and discussion guides, participate in the analysis of results and develop strategic recommendations;
― managing and guide the three marketing research analysts in managing projects and developing their quantitative research skills and expertise;
― elevating the Studio’s marketing research practice, and leading the development of new tools and techniques that will enable Habo to strengthen its innovative and differentiated approach;
― actively participating in the development of proposals for the Studio’s clients and prospects by recommending methodologies relevant to their needs and the budget required to meet their business objectives;
― leading the Studio’s internal research projects and ensuring their publication within the industry;
― participating in the overall strategic thinking of the Studio’s mandates.
We are looking for someone who:
― is a marketing research expert with a passion for consumer data and numbers, and has a strong analytical mindset;
― is positive, with engaging leadership and excellent interpersonal skills;
― is able to organize and manage a large number of projects simultaneously and guide the work of team members;
― is curious, versatile and agile, with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy.
The ideal candidate:
― has over 7 years of professional experience in quantitative marketing research;
― holds a master’s degree in marketing or a related field (a strong asset);
― is proficient with statistical tools (Qualtrics, SPSS and/or other software) and statistical analysis techniques (factor analysis, conjoint analysis, etc.);
― has excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English;
― understands verbal and written French.
