Analyst, Marketing Intelligence

Our team combines marketing and finance profiles to give clients valuable insights and a holistic view of their strategy and business model. We work with a wide variety of clients on an extensive range of mandates, both in Canada and in the United States, and we do marketing research and strategic planning a little differently. By constantly reinventing ourselves, day after day, we strive to continuously improve the value we bring to their enterprises.


In order to accelerate our growth and better support our clients, we are looking for an Analyst, Marketing Intelligence. As an integral part of the team and of all mandates, this person will be responsible for:

― participating in quantitative marketing research projects for the studio’s mandates – developing and programming questionnaires, managing data collection, analyzing results and ensuring project management;
― participating in qualitative marketing research projects (individual interviews, focus groups, ethnography) – developing the discussion and observation guides, participating in interviews and focus groups, taking notes and formalizing learning;
― playing a key role in writing and developing client documents;
― participating in strategic thinking of the studio’s mandates in collaboration with team members involved in the projects.


We are looking for someone who:

― is passionate about data, numbers and consumer behaviour – both in research and analysis and when formulating subsequent recommendations;
― is rigorous, analytical and detail-oriented;
― is a team player with good interpersonal skills;
― is curious, versatile and agile, with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy.


The ideal candidate:

― has a master’s degree in marketing or a related field;
― has professional experience in marketing analysis or marketing research;
― is familiar with SPSS (or Q Research) and Qualtrics (or other survey platform);
― is familiar with statistical analysis tools and techniques and qualitative research techniques;
― is proficient in the O365 suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
― has very good writing and communication skills, in both French and English.
